What will I learn?
This course is suitable for those working in an export environment and is best taken after completing the Export course, where Incoterms are introduced. It provides a comprehensive guide on the obligations and costs for both buyer and seller, and reviews the changes between the 2010 and 2020 terms.
Specifically, we cover:
- Incoterms® – what are they and what do they do (and not do)?
- Documentation to which Incoterms® apply
- Review of each Incoterm® 2020 in detail
- Risks, costs, and obligations for both buyer and seller
- Insurance requirements
- Correctly classifying shipments by mode of transport

This is an interactive session with plenty of opportunity to ask questions alongside practical activities in breaking down each term.
