Complaints Procedure
At all times we aim to offer the best possible service to our members and customers. However, should issues relating to our service result in cause for complaint, please contact us on customerservices@tvchamber.co.ukor telephone 01753 870 500.
Please give as much detail as possible. Upon receipt of your complaint we will then arrange for the appropriate person to look into and respond to your complaint.
We will –
Acknowledge all written complaints within five working days.
Investigate the details of a complaint and take appropriate action at each state of the investigation
Resolve to complete investigations into complaints within 31 days of receipt and to respond in the same time scale.
