Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce is a major issuer of International Trade documentation in the United Kingdom. Whether you require documents certified, legalised, require a notary or an apostile by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) we can help.
All members can receive up to a 50% discount on most export documentation.
Our Team
All our Global members will find very experience team in International Trade, compliance and documentation at their service, to help you trade internationally, give support with visa and passport services, notarial services, translation and interpretation services and foreign exchange.
Japan Desk
The Japan Desk works with member UK businesses helping identify partnerships and strategy agreements as well as building stronger working relationships with those wanting to establish companies or work in the Japanese market. With many UK companies’ showing a strong interest in dealing with Japan for exporting, importing and collaborative partnerships, ongoing opportunities are readily available.
Romania Desk
Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Romanian Embassy in London, the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism and Invest Romania is happy to present a new International Trade Project, Romania Desk. The Romania Desk, which was officially launched on Thursday 10th March has been established to provide businesses, both UK and Romanian, with trade and inward investment support to optimise the wealth of opportunities readily available in both markets.
These services were created exclusively for Global members and are available free of charge as part of membership.
Market Entry Support
We can help our Global members identify and reach new markets. Level of support is dependent on the membership tier and ranges from 1 hour of phone support to a 5-hour face to face visit.
Trade Facilitation Support
Advice on product and standards compliance, customs procedures and compliance and international trade documentation is available to all our Global members. Level of support is dependent on the membership tier and ranges from 1 hour of phone support to a 5-hour face to face visit.

Our main aim is to support the development of your business and this is why we are pleased to be a strategic partner of Connects.
