Following the success of the Wycombe Economic Summit held by Wycombe District Council at Bucks New University in June, we are delighted to welcome Wycombe District Council representatives Mayuri Naker and Satbir West to this breakfast meeting. On the agenda is the Sustainable Economic Prosperity Strategy for the district and how businesses can play their part in helping develop the agendas of investment, skills, enterprise and regeneration.

The efforts of the Wycombe Investment Skills Enterprise Regeneration (WISER) group and the recent launch of the brochure “Wycombe District – Connecting Business” offers opportunities for organisations of all sizes – and in all areas of the local economy – to make a positive contribution to the future prosperity of the district. Wycombe District has exciting potential for growth. Really effective collaboration – and communication – between local employers and the council is essential for putting the district firmly on the map for business and enterprise.
