Health & Life Sciences Workforce Development Partnership Meeting
A vital element of the LSIP Roadmap of Actions is forming a series of Workforce Development Partnerships. These will serve as collaborative forums bringing together education/training providers and employers to address workforce development challenges and formulate effective solutions. Their primary objective is to foster dialogue, exchange ideas, and promote collaboration to enhance the skills and capabilities of the local workforce.
To start the day off we will be having the first meeting of the Health and Life Sciences Workforce Development Partnership which is taking place in conjunction with the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce’s established Health and Life Sciences Working Group which will start after lunch. In exciting news Owen Mumford have graciously agreed to host the meeting and discussion will take place around promoting reskilling opportunities, resource production and signposting skills provision for employers.
