Data-Driven Decisions: Shaping the Future of Employee Mental Health
As we know the importance of mental health in the workplace cannot be overstated regardless of shape or size of an organisation.
Data/people analytics can play a crucial role in the early detection of mental health issues. By continuously monitoring employee data, analytics can identify subtle changes in behaviour, mood, or physiological indicators that can highlight work-related stressors and flag abnormal patterns such as increased absenteeism, reduced productivity and processes within the organisation that could be potential indicators of mental strain.
Employees must feel supported through an anonymous feedback channel empowering them to voice their concerns within the organisation, allowing you to proactively address issues before they escalate into crises. Understanding the challenges your employees are experiencing allows you to make proactive changes to better support your employees and facilitate a better working environment for all. Without data, it is very difficult to best serve the needs of employees and the organisation.
To hear more about this topic along with some excellent case studies, please join us for our next interactive Mental Wellbeing webinar with a Q&A on Tuesday 8th October at 14:00. The timing of this webinar is perfect as it supports World Mental Health Day on Thursday 10th October whose theme this year is “It is time to Prioritise Mental Health in the Workplace” – something we are proud to have supported over many years and continue to do so.
