Up and coming software company hires new CTO in plans for growth

A software solutions company with ambitious plans for growth has made a new appointment to kick-start its next phase.

Fluff Software, established in 2020 and based in Swindon, has appointed Rob Sanders as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Rob joins Fluff, which has developed a strong reputation for building software solutions to help companies to engage with their customers and grow their businesses, from a background running his own agri-tech start-up.

With extensive experience in software, his ambition is to design systems that can have a real-world impact.

Rob said, “Fluff is a great company with which to be involved. They are clearly already adding a huge amount of value, not only to companies with no in-house tech expertise, but also to established teams with expert knowledge.

“The company has exciting plans for future development, which for a startup entrepreneur, is phenomenally exciting. The key driver for expansion is going to be focusing on not only helping clients get the best technical solutions to market but how to deliver the best experience to their customers.

“Our mission is to make people feel good about the tech they interact with.”

Rob’s focus will be on technology design and architecture, which combined with his experience of large systems design, big data and data science, will enable Fluff to offer a wealth of additional expertise to its clients across the UK.

Fluff’s Founder and Director, Scott Gulliver, said, “Rob brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Fluff at a key time for us.

“We’ve been doing some fantastic work with clients over the past three years and we’re now looking to expand both our capacity and capability. Rob’s background of working in complex systems design is a real asset to be able to offer to our clients as we help them to unlock their business’s digital potential.”
