Scott Gulliver, director at Fluff Software, is creating a new regular meetup event for the growing software community in Swindon.
Scott said “As Swindon and Wiltshire continue to be a growing hub for tech companies, the number of software developers is also growing. It feels like the right time to start bringing this community together.”
The first Swindon Software event is scheduled for the 23rd June, and will feature two local developers who will be speaking. It will also be a good opportunity for people to come together and get to know others from the local area.
Scott also said “Many of the cities around us, such as Bristol and Oxford already have well-established communities for technical professionals. Swindon has an amazing pool of talent, and I’d love to start getting people focussing a little more on the local network. We’ve had a fantastic response already, but are looking for more like-minded people to sign up and join us in June.”
