Inspiring Lunch

New for 2026, the TVCC Inspiring Lunches are designed to be positive, energised, and inspirational gatherings exclusively for our Inspire members and above. These events bring together members of TVCC to connect over a delicious lunch, hear from remarkable guest speakers, spark new conversations, and strengthen the relationships that make our business community so valuable. It’s a chance to step away from the day-to-day and enjoy meaningful dialogue with peers who understand the challenges and rewards of leadership.​

For this first event we feel extremely fortunate to be generously hosted by the picturesque Macdonald Compleat Angler – fittingly, this 4-star venue is right on the banks of the River Thames. Furthermore, we’re delighted to welcome John Phillips of Advanced Tactical Resources as our special guest speaker. Having recently tackled the world’s toughest triathlon, John will share with us his personal journey; an honest look at the experiences, turning points and lessons learnt from this incredible undertaking, and which he’s taken into his business life. John’s story promises to be thought-provoking, uplifting, and full of insights you can take back into your own organisation and role. ​
