HR Forum: Workplace Health – expectations, responsibilities and impact

Our HR Forum, sponsored by BP Collins, brings together senior HR practitioners from our larger members to hear the latest HR trends, share knowledge, learn from first-hand experience, and exchange opinions with other like-minded professionals from across all sectors.

In today’s dynamic work environment, and with health services under increasing pressure, employee health is no longer just a wellness initiative – it’s a strategic priority. Join us to explore the evolving landscape of Workplace Health and its critical role in shaping organizational culture, performance, and sustainability. Together we will delve into the shared responsibilities between employers and employees, consider expectations around physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, and examine the impact of workplace health on engagement, retention, and productivity.

Chair

Claire Madle – Learning and Development Manager, HR Wallingford

We look forward to welcome the following speakers:

Dr Nisa Aslam – Chief Medical Officer, Inuvi Health

Greg Clark – Senior Associate, BP Collins

Our session will conclude with an open discussion with the opportunity to ask questions, share best practice and discuss challenges and opportunities.

The HR Forum is open to HR practitioners at our Inspire, Lead and Business Alliance members.

Unfortunately, it is not open to HR service providers (recruiters/HR consultants/employment lawyers) at this time. To book onto this event, please contact Natasha Staines, Membership Account Manager.
