HR Forum: Leadership
Our HR Forum, sponsored by BP Collins, brings together senior HR practitioners from our larger members to hear the latest HR trends, share knowledge, learn from first-hand experience, and exchange opinions with other like-minded professionals from across all sectors.
Leadership is evolving. Shifts in workplace dynamics, evolving employee expectations, and broader societal changes are requiring businesses to cultivate the skills and capabilities of current and future leaders to ensure sustained organisational success. Join us on 13th September for the next HR Forum which will focus on Leadership,
Kindly hosted by ArvatoConnect, we have three great speakers lined up, including:
Trayton Vance – CEO & Founder, Coaching Focus. Trayton will will explain why coaching is at the heart of the transition to a more human-centred approach to leadership and how to build such a capability within your organisation to ensure it remains fit for purpose in this new world of work.
Jan Willmott – Associate Directory, Learning & Talent Development, Lonza. Jan will provide a case study on the work Lonza has been doing to develop leadership internally.
Greg Clark – Associate, Employment at BP Collins. Following the case study from Lonza, Greg will look at employment laws for leaders.
Our session will conclude with an open discussion around leadership with the opportunity to ask questions, share best practice and discuss challenges and opportunities around leadership.
