The Creative Industries Workforce Development Partnership (WDP) forms an important part of the LSIP Roadmap of Actions, bringing together employers and education and training providers to support workforce development across Oxfordshire and Berkshire. Expanding from its original Screen Industries focus, the Partnership now reflects the breadth of the wider Creative Industries, including gaming, digital production, content creation, and publishing.
This session offers a space for employers and providers to come together, share insight, and explore the opportunities and challenges shaping the sector. We’ll discuss evolving skills needs, workforce pressures, and areas where collaboration can support growth across creative disciplines.
The Partnership aims to strengthen connections between industry and training provision through a series of themed sessions, ensuring that emerging priorities; such as digital innovation, content development, and new technologies, are reflected in future workforce planning.
Whether you work in screen, gaming, publishing, or wider creative and digital fields, your perspective is valuable. By sharing your experiences and highlighting current needs, you will help shape a more responsive and future-focused skills landscape for the region.
If you’d like to attend this meeting please contact Oxfordshire LSIP or Berkshire LSIP to book your space now. If you are unable to attend please don’t hesitate to get in touch for future meetings.
