The Construction & Built Environment Workforce Development Partnership (WDP) forms a key part of the LSIP Roadmap of Actions, bringing together employers and education and training providers to strengthen workforce development across Oxfordshire and Berkshire. Through this collaborative forum, the Partnership aims to address shared challenges and support the development of practical, sector-led solutions.
This session provides an opportunity for employers and providers to come together, share insight, and explore priorities shaping the industry. Discussions will focus on key themes such as Net Zero, digitalisation, and evolving skills needs, as well as ongoing challenges around recruitment, retention, and workforce capability.
Working closely with industry bodies including CITB, ECA, HBF and CECA, the Partnership supports continued collaboration between employers and providers through a series of themed sessions designed to reflect the sector’s most pressing priorities.
Whether you are delivering projects, managing teams, or supporting the built environment supply chain, your perspective is important. By contributing your experience, you will help shape a more responsive and future-ready workforce across the region.
If you’d like to attend this meeting please contact Oxfordshire LSIP or Berkshire LSIP to book your space now. If you are unable to attend please don’t hesitate to get in touch for future meetings.
