Strong Teams, Strong Results
Our Business Leaders Forums bring together senior leaders, to hear the latest business trends, share knowledge, learn from first-hand experience and exchange opinions with other like-minded professionals from across all sectors.
Across industries and organisations of every size, one truth remains constant: lasting success is built on the strength of the people who drive it. In this session, we’ll hear from two leaders with unique perspectives on what it takes to build and sustain high-performing teams. One comes from the world of football, where collaboration, trust, and discipline on the pitch determine victory. The other brings expertise from recruitment, where identifying and nurturing the right talent shapes the trajectory of every business. Together, their experiences highlight the universal principles of teamwork, showing us that whether the goal is lifting trophies or gaining market share, strong teams are the foundation of strong results.
Following their presentations, the forum will open the floor for a wider discussion among participants. This will be an opportunity to reflect on the insights shared, exchange experiences from different industries, and explore practical strategies for strengthening teams within our own organisations.
