Sarbjit is the founder of Udana Consulting – a qualified accountant with over 25 years in finance spanning British Airways and Mars, alongside working hands-on with the owners of established businesses. Sarbjit has seen the cash paradox from the inside: the strong name, the healthy turnover, and cash still tighter than it should be. Her work is about getting to the root of it and identifying what needs to change. No jargon, no spreadsheets.
