AI and the Changing World of Work Forum

AI and the Changing World of Work is a launch event for the new LSIP, bringing employers, educators, training providers and stakeholders together to explore how AI is reshaping work across the Thames Valley.

The forum will focus on the practical opportunities AI presents, from supporting jobs and improving productivity to shaping future skills provision and informing the development of an AI Framework. It will also support the Digital Workforce Development Partnership activity set out in the LSIP roadmap.

This session is a chance to connect, share insights, and discuss what AI means for recruitment, workforce development and changing skills needs across the region.

If you work with, use or are preparing for the impact of AI in the workplace, your input matters. By sharing your experiences, you’ll help shape a more responsive and future-ready skills system for Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
