Leading accountancy firm, MHA MacIntyre Hudson are delighted to announce the promotion of Dale Cadet to Partner at their High Wycombe office.  Dale’s promotion reflects the firms commitment to investing in talented individuals and follows the recent promotion of Kathryn Edmands in April 2020 to the position of Audit Director.  Dale has built outstanding client relationships and will play a vital role as we continue to strengthen and expand our team in the Thames Valley region to ensure we continue to provide the best service to our clients.

Dale joined the firm as an ACA trainee in 2011 and qualified in 2014.  Since being promoted as a Director in April 2019, he has steadily grown his client portfolio and expertise in audit and business advice. He works with a diverse range of clients, including entrepreneurial businesses and large multi-nationals across the UK, providing an exceptional level of support and solutions for his clients through all market conditions.

Kate Arnott, Chief Operating Officer of the Thames Valley Region commented:

We are delighted to welcome Dale to the Partnership.  His promotion recognises his outstanding contribution to the firm over the last 10 years and the key role he has played in helping us grow and expand our services across the region.  Dale’s professional experience and technical abilities are exemplary, as are the strong relationships he naturally builds with his clients to ensure that they are getting the very best advice and services. It’s encouraging when a talented individual like Dale joins as a trainee and progresses to such a senior position.

Commenting on his appointment to Partner, Dale added:

It’s great to work for a firm with such a strong client focus and to be part of such a dedicated team. The global pandemic makes this an interesting time to join the partnership, but I am excited by the challenges ahead and look forward to contributing to the success of the firm and our clients through this difficult time and in to a bright future.  Given the additional challenges clients are facing as a result of Covid-19, it’s vital that they have access to expert advice they can trust and I am proud to be part of a firm that can provide that advice in the Thames Valley region.

The firm now has 92 partners and over 800 members of staff across the UK.
