Reading company launches innovative marketing platform

Reading based company Reccobiz have launched an exciting interactive platform that links a business with its clients.

Directors Neil and Camilla Medcalf have worked on the creation of this web-based platform for over 18 months, utilising their business skills and marketing knowledge.  They identified that 75% of most business sales come through recommendation of some description and that people will read social media or internet testimonials which can increase the chance of making a sale by 10%.  They recognise that 80% of business sales will come via 20% of customers, so a constant link and socail media interaction with your customes will certainly increase your sales.

The platform is designed to connect and link a business with its clients and make communication simple utilising several methods.  Aimed predominantly at the small business and sole trader sector, Reccobiz is NON industry specific so virtually any business can be listed and utilise the array of benefits.  Once connected, clients are kept up to date with any special offers, information changes and can be contacted via the platform through its social media linking abilities.

The public user will never loose contact with a favoured business again, and the business will never loose contact with any of their linked clients. The public can also recommend the business to one of their friends via the platform providing additional exposure and free leads for the business.

Neil Medcalf, Director said

“After many months of hard work, we are delighted to launch this to the Thames Valley community.  The Reccobiz platform offers so much, in one easy-to-use package and we have identified that there is no other platform that taps this golden marketplace.”

“We are also pleased to offer all small businesses who are Thames Valley Chamber Members a discounted membership or free trial period.  Charities benefit with a free membership and larger organisations can benefit from discounted banner advertising”.
