Whether it’s apprenticeships, or support for adult learners, it can feel like you need a training course just to work out what your business can benefit from.
New College Swindon want to change this! On the 18th November we promise to deliver an event to make understanding skills simple. No acronyms, no assumption of knowledge and nothing scary! Just a series of workshops where our experts will bring alive the skills system and you will leave confident in what might work for your business. We will answer questions including:

- What do you have to pay for, what don’t you have to pay for?
- Why apprenticeships are actually much simpler than you’ve been told
- What ‘bite-size’ options can you use to start your businesses training journey?
- Why work experience can really work for your business and why it’s easier than you think
- How exactly do you go about recruiting an apprentice?
And we promise no jargon! Seminars will be available on apprenticeships, higher education courses, support for adults, work experience, apprenticeship units (we’ll even tell you what these are!), and bespoke training designed for you.
