Henley Business School celebrated International Women’s Day by announcing the launch of the 2023 Women in Leadership MBA scholarship competition.
The winner will receive a fully funded place worth up to £44,500 on our part-time, UK-based Flexible Executive MBA or Executive MBA – Global, that start in September and October 2023.
The Women in Leadership MBA scholarship is a collaboration between Henley, the 30% Club and the Financial Times. Now in its eleventh year, this scholarship is designed to offer practical support for the development of strong female talent and reflects the shared mission of the three partner institutions to encourage gender balance in leadership teams.
The competition is open to both women and men who have relevant experience in the workplace either in managing a team, running a project or planning strategy. Entrants need to submit a short essay responding to the question:
“Affordable and flexible childcare is a challenge that concerns everyone. What role can employers and policymakers play?”
We are looking for submissions that add to the current debate and make us think differently. We hope entrants will challenge the status quo and demonstrate a real understanding of the dilemmas faced by individuals requiring childcare, business and policy makers.
The deadline for entry is 22 May 2023 at 5pm and you can find more information and an official scholarship application form here.
