Aitchison Raffety appoints new Associate Directors in its Business Rates team

Aitchison Raffety, a national property consultancy, welcomes several key appointments in their Business Rates team as part of its continued expansion within the UK.

Supporting its mission of being a respected, successful national property consultancy, trusted by our clients, and a great place to work, Aitchison Raffety are pleased to welcome the following new people to the Business Rates team –

  • Stacey Pascoe, MRICS
  • Faye Turner, IRRV

Stacey joins as an Associate Director. With experience in the rating valuation of all bulk classes including warehouses, offices, and retail, she also has knowledge and experience of specialist classes including healthcare properties.

Before joining Aitchison Raffety Stacey worked at JLL, BNP Paribas and the Valuation Office. Stacey will cover the South region and will be based out of our London office.

Faye joins as an Associate Director, with a wealth of experience in business rates having worked in the industry for just over 10 years.

Previously, Faye worked for a large Real Estate Development company and is experienced in handling all types of appeals in relation to Offices, Warehouses & Retail properties and has extensive knowledge relating to business rates mitigation strategies. Based out of our Manchester office, Faye will be supporting Aitchison Raffety’s regional team and its growth in this key area.

As an Employee-Owned business, between them the new Co-owners help strengthen not only the geographical coverage but also the ability to provide further Business Rates support to clients across a variety of different sectors.
