Most businesses have experimented with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude, but few have set them up properly to deliver meaningful business value. This practical and interactive two-hour workshop will show Chamber members how to turn Claude into a powerful business assistant that helps reduce administration, save time, improve productivity and support business growth.

Led by George Cairns of Get AI Powers, the session will demystify AI and demonstrate how businesses can safely use Claude to streamline everyday tasks, support decision-making and free up valuable time for higher-value activities.

During the workshop, you’ll learn how to:

• Reduce costs and improve efficiency by automating routine and repetitive business tasks
• Save hours each week by using Claude to help draft emails, proposals, reports and other business documents in your own voice
• Teach Claude about your business, products, services and preferred communication style
• Create reusable AI “skills” that transform regular tasks from hours into minutes
• Connect Claude with tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Drive, SharePoint and Slack so it can work alongside your existing systems and information
• Understand the differences between Chat, Cowork and Claude Code, and where each can add value
• Use AI securely, responsibly and with confidence
