You may be approaching retirement but not feel ready to stop. You might be leaving a senior role or partnership, selling a business, considering a portfolio career, or simply beginning to wonder how you will replace the purpose, identity and structure that work has always provided for you

These are not financial questions. You’ve possibly got that side all sorted. These are important questions about purpose, identity, confidence, relationships, skills and how you want to spend your time.

There is no single right answer. Your next chapter might include some continued work, a new venture, mentoring or voluntary roles, learning, travel, family commitments — or simply having more freedom to explore possibilities that a busy career has left little room for.

The challenge is working out what matters to you.

My role is simply to act as your sounding board and mentor as you work through such questions.
