Understanding Commodity Codes

BCC Foundation Award – Half day course (1 module) 

This course is designed for anyone in the organisation who might be called upon to contribute to a correct description of goods traded internationally for both export and import declarations. This can range from complete beginners to experienced operators who feel the need to refresh their knowledge.

It is also suitable for management staff whose role requires supervision or checking of sensitive Customs declarations.

• Practical Exercises

This qualifies for 1 credit in the Foundation Award in International Trade.

 

  

This course is a part of the British Chambers of Commerce Foundation Award in International Trade, a nationally recognised award giving international traders the essential skills invaluable to small and large businesses alike. Candidates wishing to participate in the BCC Foundation Award must demonstrate knowledge of the subject by completing an assessment marked by an external assessor.
