Event Details
Join Chamber host Tim Major for an unmissable session presented by Jeremy Blain, CEO of Performance Works International.
Based in Swindon, Jeremy is a globally recognised thought leader in modern workplace transformation and was recently awarded ‘Best of Global business’ from The Independent Newspaper.
In this interactive event, we’ll explore what it truly means to lead in 2025 and beyond – in a world shaped by accelerating digital transformation, shifting employee expectations, and increasing mental health awareness.
Jeremy will be joined online from Asia by two of his business partners, who will shed light on the topic. One is the entrepreneur and Founder of happily.ai, Tareef Jafferi, and the other is ex-Google Search Chief of Staff in Palo Alto for 9 years, Taarif Jafferi. These two brothers are changing the way culture is embedded at leadership level and measured day-in-day-out as part of the leadership engagement and performance toolkit.
We will be joined at the venue by another leader here in the UK, to add their perspective to the discussion
All attendees will receive an electronic or signed, printed copy of the latest transformational leadership research which was launched in May by Jeremy and his partners. Join us for a morning of fully interactive, participative and discursive conversation about the state of leadership, and the best practices emerging from across the globe.
We will examine:
- Why organisations sometimes fail to prioritise employee retention and recruitment, as well as the critical need to reconnect with human-centred leadership and how to unlock both self and team potential
- How to build confident, future-fit leaders
Who should attend:
This event is designed to spark ideas, challenge assumptions, and empower you with the tools and confidence to lead your business in the modern era, no matter how many people you currently employ. Therefore, we encourage anyone who is passionate about shaping the future of their business to join us.
Arrive from 9.30am for networking and coffee and indulge in good conversations.
