VirtualSignature is delighted to announce that their platform has been selected by Debenhams Ottaway, a multi-service law firm based in Hertfordshire.

Following a competitive review of the market and extensive testing on a trial basis, the team at Debenhams Ottaway selected VirtualSignature to provide the eSignature solution to the firm as part of their ongoing digitisation of the user experience.

Commenting on the selection process, Managing Partner, Susan Glenholme said, “Not only were we impressed by the product itself, with the nuances developed specifically for law firms, we also found the team at VirtualSignature to be supportive during the trial set-up and management process.

Nothing was too much trouble as they went out of their way to help our test-users familiarise themselves with the capabilities the eSignature solution provides.”

David Kern, CEO, VirtualSignature expressed his delight at securing the business with Debenhams Ottaway, saying “We’re delighted to work with the team at Debenhams Ottaway who have carefully verified that their requirements could be met and that their chosen partner would operate and engage with them in a partnership approach.

We have built our business by listening, responding and leading in the development of solutions to meet the, often very specific, requirements of the legal sector.  We’re proud of our customer focus and are delighted that once again this won through, in a competitive review, against the leading giants of the eSignature solutions market.

The Debenhams Ottaway team was impressed by the development in the capability of the VirtualSignature solution witnessed during the review and on learning about the roadmap for future delivery.  Glenholme was keen to point out

“We selected the VirtualSignature platform as it met our current needs.  We also wanted to ensure that it would meet the requirements of the future, particularly as we move towards one single platform and provider fulfilling our client onboarding needs.

VirtualSignature can clearly do this and we’re looking forward to working with the team to deliver even more value back to our clients and business”.

Glenholme further added “We are passionate about relationships with our clients and suppliers, working with VirtualSignature during the trial really showed how much they cared about getting it right and we’re confident we’ve made the right choice to help us deliver benefits to our clients.
