University of Greenwich Appoints Expert Partners for Devonport House

Enborne Project Consultancy is delighted to be appointed to lead the Project Management of Devonport House, which will provide cutting-edge teaching and learning facilities, create new space for the wider community, and restore an existing listed building.

The University’s vision for the project is to restore and revitalise the Grade II listed Devonport House, repairing and reinstating the key listed features of the original building. A focus point of this work will be to create a highly efficient and sustainable new building that respects the heritage and character of the Maritime Greenwich UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The project will also enhance the area around the campus to improve access to and through the World Heritage Site, create indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy, and deliver substantial economic and social benefits to the Greenwich community.

Jonathan Dean, Director at Enborne Project Consultancy said:

We are thrilled to partner with the University of Greenwich to deliver projects with the university and for the local community. The Project is part of the University of Greenwich’s estate modernisation and renewal programme which aims to provide modern, state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities that respect the heritage, character and locations of campus surroundings.
