The University of Bath School of Management is gearing up to welcome its latest cohort for the Help to Grow: Management programme, starting 25th September 2025. This government-backed initiative is designed to equip SME leaders with the tools to drive growth, innovation, and long-term resilience.
Delivered in partnership with the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS) and 90% subsidised by the UK Government, the 12-week programme blends online learning with in-person sessions, peer networking, and expert mentoring. Participants will leave with a tailored business growth plan and practical strategies to boost productivity and performance.
Mich Wallis, who will be representing the University at the Swindon Meet the Chamber event on 19th September, said:
We’re excited to connect with local businesses in Swindon and across the Thames Valley. Help to Grow: Management is a powerful opportunity for SME leaders to step back, refocus, and accelerate their growth with expert support. We’re looking forward to welcoming ambitious managers to our September cohort.
The programme covers essential topics including mission and values, marketing strategy, financial management, global expansion, and operational design. The heavily subsidised cost is £750 (full value £7,500), making it an accessible investment for growing businesses.
