Doug Pudney and Russell Munday have joined local business coaching practice ActionCOACH Reading and Wokingham as business coaches.
They were attracted to the Practice by the success its clients are experiencing and saw the opportunity to help expand its reach and efficacy by helping more local business owners to move their businesses forwards. Both experienced businesspeople in their own right, they have set up and grown their own businesses before moving into the coaching profession and completing their coaching accreditations.
Munday, who lives in Goring-on-Thames and has extensive sales and people leadership experience, seeks inspiration from seeing business owners achieving their goals and aspirations. He has worked in the Thames Valley area for over 25 years.
Pudney has a love for business coaching and has been successfully helping clients for over 15 years. Not only is he at one with the numbers, he understands that being a business owner can be lonely and that having someone external to lean on and be a second pair of eyes pays dividends.
