Launched during the pandemic, Swindon based face2faceHR is celebrating its 2nd anniversary.
Director Rachel Weaven has over 15 years of experience working as a specialist in working in the people business industry, dealing with managing performance, absence and exiting.
She said “Companies are started because people are passionate about what they do, what they don’t always account for is when they take on staff and the things they will come up against and I want to help them with that”
Rachel likes to take a proactive approach in managing any HR solutions and is also a qualified workplace mediator and licensed insights practitioner. She is a great believer that putting things in place to start with reduces the risk of conflict in the workplace.
If she isn’t working with her clients, she is very much family orientated with two girls to keep her busy and if that’s not enough she has two westies and bantams.
