By continuing to support and develop our team, we are ensuring we can deliver the same exceptional service for the next 40 years and beyond
The firm’s structured training programme combines hands-on client work with dedicated study support, enabling trainees to build technical expertise alongside real-world experience. As Lewis Turner, a Trainee Chartered Accountant explains:
“I decided that I wanted to join Saffery after completing my A-levels, because I felt that the ‘on the job’ experience would really help with getting my accounting qualifications, plus being able to work and meet clients really appealed to me.
“While currently studying for my ACA studies to become fully qualified, I am part of the audit team and love that I have been given responsibility for different key audit areas, which is further supporting my constant learning on the job and ensures I’m making a meaningful contribution. This real-life experience with a variety of clients from a range of industry sectors, is undoubtedly helping with my career progression.”
Many former trainees have progressed into senior roles within Saffery, reinforcing the firm’s will remain a key priority.
