Remedy Marketing named Business Consultancy of the Year 2026 at Oxfordshire Business Awards

A business-to-business (B2B) marketing consultancy that helps companies build credibility through real evidence has been named Business Consultancy of the Year 2026 in the Oxfordshire Business Awards. Remedy Marketing, a long-time member of the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, received the award in a regional programme administered by Business Awards UK, which celebrates organisations across 45 English counties.

Remedy specialises in proof-led marketing, an approach that turns a company’s opinions, expertise and customer relationships into credible evidence of its value. Rather than relying on claims and promotion, it helps clients develop thought leadership content that shares genuine insight and original thinking, plus customer case studies that relate experiences in the customer’s own words. Together these assets give buyers reasons to trust a business long before any sales conversation begins.

The judges noted the firm’s two decades of experience, alongside significant recent growth and the fact that several client relationships have endured or repeated over 20 years.

Much of its growth has come from Remedy walking the walk on its recommended approach. It has created numerous interview-based case studies about its services, each built from a genuine conversation with a client. This supports the agency with a steady flow of opinion-led and insight-led content about case study and thought leadership marketing.

Sue Rizzello FCIM, founder of Remedy Marketing, said the award reflected the principle at the heart of the business.

We help companies prove their value rather than simply assert it, and this recognition shows the same approach also works for us. Our case studies and thought leadership are the reason many clients come to us and stay, so it feels right that customer experience-based proof is what earned us the award.

She continued: “There’s no doubt that genuine evidence is becoming more valuable as AI-generated content spreads. Real customer stories and original insight is increasingly what set a business apart, at a time when so much content and so many firms now sound the same.”

Remedy Marketing works with B2B technology and business services firms in the Thames Valley, across the UK and beyond.
