COVID-19 Innovation Support Grants
Like you, we’ve been anxiously awaiting further details on the Innovation Support Grants that Innovate UK are due to offer to ‘new customers’, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Here’s what we know so far:
- Up to £175,000 grant amount
- 100% funded
- £50,000 or half of grant amount paid upfront
- Short turn-around – approx. 4-6 weeks from open date to grant awarded
- Application form to be 4-6 questions
While we’re still not clear on the finer details or dates, we hope these grants will be to kick-start your innovative projects despite the current difficulties facing businesses.
When this funding is released, there will be huge interest. The pilot scheme for these grants received 8,500 applications, with only a 10% success rate!
