Oxfordshire-based husband and wife team Peter & Sarah Mols from Outside ideas are celebrating after having won the Oxfordshire Business Hero Award.
The OxLEP Business Celebration Event 2023 took place in the stunning setting of the Oxford University Museum Of Natural History to celebrate the achievements of this vibrant community and to look to the future of the business support available through OxLEP Business.
The awards ceremony celebrated SMEs that have engaged with their eScalate and Innovation Support for Business (ISfB) programmes over the past three years.
The Oxfordshire Business Hero award was the only one nominated and voted for by peers in the business community and the team is super chuffed to have won.
Peter Mols, who is the founder and head cheerleader says, “Shocked and humbled this morning after an amazing OxLEP Business event last night. What an honour to be rewarded for the work we do in supporting the business owners in our community. Congratulations to all the participants, nominees, and winners at the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership Awards.”
The Oxfordshire Business Hero award comes after they won the Networker of the Year award as well as an OXLEP grant – both in 2022 – and the company is currently working on not one, but two new websites.
Outside ideas is an entrepreneurial growth company offering networking sessions, mastermind groups, business coaching services, and lots of workshops and resources – all for small business owners. The company recognises the ups and downs of running a business and supports businesses in making this journey easier, fun, and less lonely.
