Outside ideas launches new “Mastermind” group

Business and Life coaching firm Outside ideas reach another big milestone this week with the long awaited launch of their new concept Mastermind9.

‘I’ve been a huge fan of masterminds since reading Napoleon Hills book “Think and Grow Rich” which places involvement in a Mastermind as a crucial factor in the success of every extraordinary person that Hill interviewed.’ says Peter Mols, Founder and Head Cheerleader at Oi

He goes on to say: ‘I’d been wanting to launch a Mastermind since I created the company in 2019 but knew that I needed to hit my other goals before starting down this road’

The term Mastermind was coined by Napoleon Hill in 1937 in his book Think and Grow Rich. The book was based on Hill’s work of 20 years in studying the most successful people of the time. Of the 13 essentials of success that Hill identified, participation in a Mastermind was a MUST. In his words:

“Economic advantages may be created by any person who surrounds himself or herself with the advice, counsel, and personal cooperation of a group of people who are willing to lend wholehearted aid, in a spirit of PERFECT HARMONY. This form of cooperative alliance has been the basis of nearly every great fortune”.

Mastermind9 members will meet once a month for half a day to get together in solidarity and support for each other and their businesses.

Mastermind groups facilitate peer group learning, support and accountability where everyone will get the opportunity to spend time in the “hot seat” with focussed time for their issues, challenges or questions related to their business. Think about your Mastermind group as a virtual board of directors, a support network, a band of brothers (and sisters). It’s about strength in numbers, and putting heads together to solve our challenges.

If this sounds like something you’d benefit from Oi are running taster sessions across June and July, you can book your complimentary session here :
