Newbury Racecourse is delighted to announce a new three-year partnership with Laurent-Perrier, commencing on 1 January 2026. The partnership will officially launch to racegoers on 28 February 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for the Racecourse’s premium experience offering.
As part of the collaboration, the Racecourse’s existing Paddock Bar has been transformed into the Laurent-Perrier Champagne Bar. Ideally positioned with views overlooking the Parade Ring, the new Laurent-Perrier Champagne Bar will provide both indoor and outdoor seating, offering guests an exceptional vantage point from which to enjoy the raceday atmosphere.
The Laurent-Perrier Champagne Bar will serve a curated selection of Laurent-Perrier champagnes, alongside draft beers and a range of premium spirits. From 2026 onwards, Laurent-Perrier will become Newbury Racecourse’s exclusive Champagne Partner, with only Laurent-Perrier champagnes available on site.
To ensure an outstanding guest experience, Laurent-Perrier will also provide bespoke training to the team working within the Laurent-Perrier Champagne Bar, enhancing product knowledge and service standards in line with both brands’ shared commitment to excellence.
Daniel Brennan, Brand Director at Laurent-Perrier UK, commented: “Laurent-Perrier is delighted to be the official champagne partner of Newbury Racecourse. This collaboration reflects our shared values of excellence, expertise, and a long-term commitment to quality. Since being established in 1905, Newbury Racecourse is one of the most renowned venues for both flat and jump racing, a distinction that demands a track of the highest quality.
“In 2026 the new Laurent-Perrier Champagne Bar will offer guests a range of cuvées to enhance their raceday experience & celebration! Founded in 1812, Laurent-Perrier is a renowned innovator in Champagne, defined by three distinctive savoir-faire techniques: the mastery of assemblage, the expertise in maceration for rosé, and pioneering the non-dosage style. In 2024, our dedication to environmental responsibility and quality was honoured when Laurent-Perrier became the first Champagne House to be granted a Royal Warrant by His Majesty King Charles III.”
Shaun Hinds, Chief Executive at Newbury Racecourse commented: “We are thrilled to be launching this exciting new partnership with Laurent-Perrier and to unveil the Laurent-Perrier Champagne Bar in such a prime location at the heart of the Racecourse. This collaboration brings together two brands united by a shared ambition to deliver exceptional experiences.
“The new Champagne Bar will further enhance our raceday offering, giving racegoers even greater choice and an elevated experience. We look forward to working closely with Laurent-Perrier over the next three years to bring this new space to life at Newbury Racecourse.”
