The Swindon Chamber has joined up with the local SNAP Property group to host The Bank of England for this quarters Monetary Committee (MPC) inflation report.

The speaker from Bank of England is Malindi Myers, Malindi is the agent of the bank for the Southwest and is a regular visitor to Swindon over the years gathering information directly from business leaders. It is data, together with the equivalent data from 11 other regional agents that are fed back to the MPC to make a decision on the position of interest rates .

Malindi will speak of the banks most recent report and the outlook for the UK economy in terms of their projections for inflation and growth. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and air thoughts and views on the current economic situation and how that effects business across the region and country.
