Hospitality and Visitor Economy Workforce Development Partnership Meeting

A vital element of the LSIP Roadmap of Actions is forming a series of Workforce Development Partnerships. These will serve as collaborative forums bringing together education/training providers and employers to address workforce development challenges and formulate effective solutions. Their primary objective is to foster dialogue, exchange ideas, and promote collaboration to enhance the skills and capabilities of the local workforce.

The Hospitality Workforce Development Partnership in Oxfordshire will focus on creating a networking forum for employers to share good practice. It will also be open to Berkshire employers as the LSIP Team explore the priority needs in Berkshire for this sector over the coming months. 

This meeting is geared towards employers working in the Hospitality and Visitor Economy sector we’d love to hear your views and experiences.
