Delivered jointly by LES B&I (Licensing Executives Society, Britain and Ireland) and KEUK (Knowledge Exchange UK), this one-day course is essential for understanding how to successfully engage with, and licence technology from, universities. Our practical course equips delegates with the skills and confidence to structure deals effectively, empowering them to negotiate key terms in diverse agreements.

Core Content:

• Gain insight into how Universities and their Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs) work
• Learn how to identify technology at Unis
• Understand the drivers for university IP licensing and tips for negotiating key terms in an IP licence
• Explore the funding and incentives available to support successful collaborative partnerships with universities.
