Disability Confident is a free voluntary government scheme designed to encourage employers to recruit and retain people with health conditions or disabilities so there is no obligation to sign up following attendance. Together, we can encourage more employers to become Disability Confident and unlock the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
