We’re bringing the C4C community together again this June.

Confluence has always been a chance to step back from the day to day, spend time with others and think more deeply about the people side of our work.

This year, we’ll be exploring a simple but important idea: ‘What does it really take to build teams where people are both happy and high-performing?’

The day is designed to be experiential and conversation-led, bringing together clients, associates, alumni and the wider C4C community.

It’s not a conference. It’s a space to think, share ideas and connect with others who are navigating similar challenges.
