Prospect Hospice is calling for passionate and skilled individuals to join its Board of Trustees, strengthening its mission to deliver outstanding end-of-life care to the local community.
Now marking its 45th year, Prospect Hospice remains the only dedicated provider of end-of-life and palliative care for people across north-east Wiltshire, including Swindon, Marlborough and Royal Wootton Bassett—supporting a population of more than 330,000. The charity delivers personalised, compassionate care for people living with a life-limiting illness, as well as support for their families and loved ones.
Funded primarily by the generosity of the local community and supported by a large team of volunteers, Prospect Hospice is seeking up to four new Trustees. These individuals will help shape the charity’s strategic direction and ensure that everyone in the area has access to high-quality care and choice at the end of life.
Applications are particularly welcomed from candidates with professional experience in:

Clinical or healthcare roles

Board leadership, including those interested in the Chair position
