Jazzbones lends a creative paw to the pack

Jazzbones Creative have signed up to be a Swindog sponsor. The Swindon based creative agency has been part of The Big Dog Art Trail since the very early stages, helping to create a brand identity and producing design materials. However, the team at Jazzbones decided they wanted to play a bigger part in the trail so have put their PAWS up to sponsor a Swindog and become a member of the pack.

The super-sized Swindogs will create the UK’s first-ever balloon dog art trail and raise vital funds for the local children’s hospice charity, Julia’s House.

Jazzbones Creative was established in 2005 and since then has worked with national brands and local companies.  They work collaboratively with their clients on integrated communications strategies and cost-effective marketing campaigns. Jazzbones has an extensive track record of working with charities.

Nathan Sandhu, Founder of Jazzbones Creative, said, “We were thrilled when we were chosen to work on the branding and design work for The Big Dog Art Trail.  It’s such a brilliant event to come to our home town of Swindon and as a team we wanted to get more involved with the trail so we decided we wanted to sponsor one of the Swindogs.  We’re in this project for the long run and will be supporting Julia’s House all the way. And we can’t wait to see the balloon dog sculptures all around Swindon!”

The Jazzbones team chose their top-secret Swindog design at the recent design selection event and its home will be in the Town Gardens in Swindon.

Chris Hyde, Project Manager for The Big Dog Art Trail, explains, “We’re so grateful to Jazzbones, and all our fantastic sponsors, for supporting the trail.  We have just 10 Swindogs that need a sponsor now, so I’d urge local businesses to get in touch soon if they don’t want to miss out on being part of this incredible event.

“By sponsoring a Swindog and joining The Big Dog Art Trail pack, your company will be part of an event which brings thousands of visitors to Swindon. The trail will improve brand awareness for your business or organisation in a unique and memorable way and it will help you build a feel-good factor among your employees, customers and stakeholders. Crucially, you’ll also be helping to raise funds for Julia’s House children’s hospice and supporting our care for the most seriously ill children and their families in your community.”

The Big Dog Art Trail will run from 15 July to 3 September, 2023, and end with a grand farewell weekend where all of the stunning Swindog sculptures will be brought together under one roof. The giant one-of-a-kind creations will then head off to their forever homes after being adopted at a special auction event to raise money for Julia’s House children’s hospice.

The Big Dog Art Trail is being brought to Swindon by Julia’s House and global public art producer Wild in Art, who has previously hosted trails in cities across the UK and worldwide.
