IBB Law advises on the sale of Infotech Digital & Display Limited

IBB Law is delighted to have advised Quantum House Holdings on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Innotech Digital & Display Limited to Vink UK Limited.

The IBB team consisted of Adam Dowdney (Partner), Tim Cargill (Legal Director) and Bradley Greenwood (Solicitor) in the Corporate & Commercial Team, Gemma Coles (Partner) in the Commercial Property Team and Richard Devall (Partner) in the Employment Team.

Founded in 2007, Innotech Digital & Display Limited built on 90 years of experience when the group was first established as paper merchants in 1932 to evolve into one of the largest distributors of wide format print media and display hardware to printing companies and sign makers across the UK, Europe, and US markets. Innotech empowers its customers to consistently deliver high quality, profitable print and signage projects from simple roller banners and snap frames to pop-up systems and flagpoles.

Adam Dowdney said of the transaction

“We enjoyed the challenge of working to some very tight timelines and liaising with our clients, BDO and Vink UK to get the deal across the line.  The deal certainly had its complexities but the strength inn depth of the IBB team and their commitment to getting the deal done ensured a great outcome for all involved and we wish everyone involved in the transaction all success for the future”.

Phil Walker, Founding Director of Innotech Digital & Display Limited, Founding Director of Quantum House Holdings, commented:

“We were very appreciative of the hard work and prompt advice given by Adam and all the team at IBB. This was the first time we had been through a process such as this, so we were very grateful to have them on our side and very much welcomed the time they took to explain the complexities of the deal in a succinct and understandable manner, ensuring we understood the process and always felt up to speed.

It was a complex deal and we were working under some considerable time pressures, but thanks to Adam and his team we never felt out of our depth on the legal issues and we very much thank them for helping us through to a very successful deal conclusion”.
