HRCentral scooped top accolade in prestigious industry awards

A South Oxfordshire HR Consultancy are celebrating after scooping a top accolade in a prestigious industry award.  HRCentral was awarded the Advocate of the Year for 2019 in the recent HR Awards, beating off tough national competition.

Award-winning HRCentral Limited are one of the South East’s leading consultancies offering a fresh new approach to outsourced Human Resources for SME across the Thames Valley. This Independent Company was founded in 2006 by Rebecca Woolmington, to provide businesses across the region with a bespoke, Director-level outsourced HR solutions at a fraction of the cost of having an in-house resource, with their impressive customer base includes various STEM clients and construction and hospitality companies across the region.

The Advocate of the Year award was all the more poignant to the South Oxfordshire based Organisation as it was awarded to two companies for the first time in Breathe’ s history. People Matters HR (based in Bury) were introduced to each other by HRCentral’s via the Breathe Partner scheme and have been supporting and swapping ideas about how to improve their current systems.  They were joint winners of this category and this collaboration and sharing of knowledge epitomises everything that the award scheme is about. HRCentral also achieved Highly Commended in the category for best Social Media and also took home a trophy for gaining Gold Partner status in 2019.

The Breathe HR Awards are run by Breathe HR, the number one, cloud-based HR software solution for SMEs in the UK. They were devised to celebrate and reward many of the exceptional partners in the HR industry across the length and breadth of the country. The results were announced at a glittering awards ceremony at the London’s De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, which was attended by many of the industry’s leading business figures.

Breathe’s accredited HR Partner Programme is designed for consultants looking to support their small to medium sized clients with HR software and streamline internal processes. The awards programme aims to celebrate collaborative successes and underline what can be achieved when businesses work together. HRCentral are proud to have featured in the recent promotional video that explains the benefits of being a Breathe partner. Rebecca Woolmington, Managing Director said: “It’s a huge honour to be awarded Advocate of the Year, being awarded this accolade in front of my professional peer group was definitely a real high. Our Breathe Account Manager, Bethan Roles is very much part of our team here at HRCentral and being nominated and then collecting not one, but two awards, was a proud moment for us, recognition of all the time and effort we put into supporting our clients with their HR issues.”

HRCentral is in a growth phase at the moment, with a new Senior HR Consultant commencing employment in March and new partnerships with local service providers to offer a holistic outsourced HR provision, encompassing Recruitment, Wellbeing services, Training, HR Information services, bespoke HR documentation and generalist HR Consultancy. HRCentral partner with their clients to provide support and take away the pain of Human Resources.
