Gardner Leader has announced a series of senior appointments across several core practice areas, reinforcing the firm’s continued growth strategy and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Michelle Morgan has joined the Business team as Partner, alongside Catherine Morris as Senior Associate. These appointments reflect Gardner Leader’s ongoing expansion and investment in specialist expertise across the business.

Alongside its strategic growth, the firm continues to strengthen its commitment to supporting local communities and driving positive social impact. Gardner Leader recently announced Bridge for Young People as its Charity of the Year, supporting the organisations vital work providing accommodation and essential services to young people leaving care or experiencing homelessness.

This follows the firm’s successful partnership with Prospect Hospice, through which colleagues raised more than £12,000 through a range of firmwide fundraising initiatives.

In recent years, Gardner Leader has also continued its journey towards becoming a more responsible business, placing environmental and social responsibility at the centre of its strategic decision-making.

To support these ambitions, the firm has appointed an Environmental & Social Responsibility Manager to lead progress and monitor key performance metrics. Gardner Leader has also launched its ‘Impact’ initiative, designed to engage colleagues, raise awareness, and drive measurable improvements across four core areas of environmental and social responsibility.

Through continued investment in people, communities and sustainability, Gardner Leader remains focused on delivering long-term value for clients, colleagues and the wider community.
