Fluff Software officially moved into its new headquarters in North Swindon this month, marking a key milestone for the fast-growing software agency and consultancy.
After years of running the business from a purpose-built home office, the decision to move into a separate workspace reflects a shift in pace — creating more room for focus, creativity, and real separation between work and home life.
“It’s a big step for us as a business,” says founder Scott Gulliver. “It’s about more than just having a place to sit — it’s about creating the right environment to work smarter, to focus deeply, and to protect the headspace that helps us do our best work.”
The new office gives Fluff a dedicated base to continue delivering high-impact work for clients in the engineering, education and STEM sectors, while also supporting the team’s long-term growth and wellbeing.
The move also came at an exciting time for Fluff, who continue to grow their partnerships not just within Fluff itself, but for their Huntly App too — a free nature-based scavenger hunt app for families and educators, which will be rolling out some exciting changes this year.
The new office has already been welcomed with thoughtful gifts and kind words from clients and collaborators — a testament to the relationships the Fluff team has built over the past few years.
