European Consumer Claims (ECC), a leading Henley-based organisation specialising in challenging malpractice within the long-term holiday ownership industry, is proud to announce the launch of its new official corporate video.
Since its incorporation ten years ago, ECC has successfully pursued financial redress for consumers who were mis-sold holiday park memberships in the UK and abroad, as well as timeshare products worldwide. Over the past decade, the company has grown into a trusted advocate for thousands seeking justice and transparency in the sector.
ECC operates from its head office in Henley-on-Thames, supported by a regional hub on Spain’s Costa del Sol and additional offices in New York and Florida. Its first corporate video, released in 2020, has attracted more than 18,000 views on YouTube, reflecting strong public interest in the company’s mission and achievements.
Following significant expansion, including relocations to larger, more functional office spaces and the continued evolution of the company’s core mission, ECC commissioned an updated video to showcase its growth, values, and commitment to consumer protection. After a week of filming across its UK and Spanish centres, the new corporate video is now complete.
