Udana Consulting was founded and led by Sarbjit Hear FCCA – a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 25 years experience across senior finance, strategic advisory and leadership work — including Mars, senior VAT consultancy, and five years as trusted strategic partner to a multi-generational family business navigating cash pressure, leadership transition and sustained growth.

Udana means “to fly” in Hindi. My purpose is to help women build businesses that create real freedom – not just financial security, but the mental space, the confidence and the choice to live and lead on their own terms.
