Udana Consulting was founded by Sarbjit Hear (FCCA) with +20 yrs background in senior finance, strategic advisory and leadership work.

Udana means “to fly” in Hindi and it reflects our purpose: to elevate women towards true freedom & choice.

Much of our work is with female leaders, but the work itself is inclusive and we often support wider leadership teams and male leaders as well.
